Strength standards
How strong your lifts are for your body weight — and which one is holding you back.
The weakest link is the whole answer.
Antaeus watches this ratio every session, flags the imbalance before it becomes a sore shoulder, and prescribes the sets to fix it.

Where do these thresholds come from?
They are bodyweight multiples derived from widely published strength-standard tables, rounded to coaching-friendly numbers. They grade barbell lifts only.
Why is my overall level the lowest one?
Because a standard you hold is the one you hold everywhere. Averaging would let a big deadlift hide an overhead press that has not moved in a year.
Male and female tables — why?
They are published reference columns, offered as a table choice. Pick whichever you want to be graded against; nothing else on the page changes.
